My first venture into 3D printing - looking back

I remember seeing the success of Printrbot on Kickstarter way back when, making me think for the first time that a 3D printer was attainable for an eager mechanical design engineering student, in a one bedroom apartment on a student budget..

I ended up waiting until the "production version" came out as a V2, and took the plunge!

2-3 days assembly time and mostly only adjustment and calibration prints, but I was heading in the right direction, that was for sure!!
